Touch of Taste are pleased to announce that we will be returning to The London Bierfest for 2009. This established and light-hearted event is a firm favourite in the corporate hospitality calendar. In October 2008, for the second year running, we catered at this sell-out event held over three days at Old Billingsgate Market.

1750 guests, mainly from the City, descended each day to sample unlimited Paulaner beer served to their tables by Heidi, Helga and Helmut. Entertainment was provided by traditional Oompah bands and live stage acts.

The format involves groups of 10 sitting on benches around traditional pub tables and being served a two-course traditional Bierfest fare on large enamelled trays. The platters included foods such as German Cervelatwurst, Black Forest Ham, Traditional Pork Sausages and Bratwurst, Emmental and Smoked Cheeses, Marinated Chicken Thighs and Baby Back Ribs and Mixed Olives.
