Garsington Opera
Touch of Taste successfully served over 5000 meals during the Garsington Opera season. As well as running the 300-seater Great Barn restaurant, teas on the lawn and the Champagne bar, we also introduced online bookings for the first time and launched the new Orchard Marquee, which received fantastic reviews. Garsington presents a very challenging catering environment for any caterer and we were delighted with the feedback and positive comments we received... 'Absolutely faultless - the asparagus was perfect, the lamb absolutely delicious and the puddings looked wonderful.' 'Our enjoyment was enhanced by the excellent cold buffet in The Orchard Marquee.
